"Called Natalie about vehicle information not reaching the Safe Driving app on one of my vehicles. After a few questions she suggested that the transponder in that vehicle may not be responding. She explained how to troubleshoot it and if necessary, order a new one on the State Farm app. Problem resolved and anew transponder is on the way. Very efficient."
